Standards & corrections

We aim to be accurate, fair and balanced. We summarise reporting from credible New Zealand outlets and always link to the original.

Fairness. If someone is criticised in a story, we include their response or note that they were asked.

Corrections. If we get something wrong we fix it and say so. Message our Facebook page with the story and what needs correcting.

Photos. We only use freely licensed photos and credit the photographer and licence under each one.

Advertising. Ads and sponsored stories are always clearly labelled and never influence our news.
